POST COVID MENTAL HEALTH

This collection is focussed on post covid

and the feelings that have come with it.

Using a the state of mind to design  a

conceptual collection and create awareness of

the series of emotions people experience. 

Despite humanity gradually returning to normal 

this collection represents the uneasy nostalgia 

of knowing the change will be here permanently. 

I looked into the traditional side of tailoring,

after researching the concept and struck 

with words of emotions I decided to use these

to inspire a deconstructed version of tailoring.

The tailored jackets represents the structure in life

and in this case it goes against the standard 

tailoring on the outside, but on the inside it still

follows the same principles.

This corrolates to the change in lifestyle which are physically 

there but despite all this, the principles and lifestyle

once had is still there underneath.
